Mostly our products are delivered to the buyer anywhere in the world within 10 - 20 days. Of course, the world is big and there are no rules, sometimes it’s a lot faster, and sometimes it takes a little longer.
As the duration of shipping is not under our influence, we do not guarantee that your products will be delivered to you within 20 days, but we are only talking about the most common time interval required.
We certainly deliver each shipment via priority mail and with a tracking number, which gives security and speed for delivery.
If you do not receive the shipment within 40 days, only then is it considered lost and then we start the process of searching for the missing package.
In this case, you are entitled to a refund in the manner described in the refund policy.
